Hope Matters
Hey, Hope Buddies. After a bit of a long night, I want to encourage you to take a break if you need it. (I sure am.) Whether the break is for 5 minutes, 30 minutes, half a day, or an entire one; give yourself some time to rest and bring your full self to whatever it is after your break.
I deeply dislike going another week before sharing with you all again, so you might hear from me before next Thursday.

Hey Hope buddy!! Thanks for the mention! I love the reminder to take a break. I find even 2-3 minutes allows me to rejuvenate or calm down (whichever is needed, lol). Excited to hear about (see a picture of?) the new coffee...!
